On Board Welders

Mobi-Arc Welders

The Mobi-Arc is a solid state welding control unit that produces welding current from your alternator.

It is a multimode welder capable of Arc, Wire Feed, Mig and Tig Welding.
It is light weight with the unit weighing less than 2 lbs.
Units are available to control your alternator to 100% of its rated capacity.
It can be used with most stock alternators (some require small mods).
High output preconfigured bolt in alternators are available for most vehicles.

Baja Series HD (Heavy Duty)
Autoswitching between charging and weld mode.
Gel Sealed unit for Dirt, Moisture and vibration resitance.
Controls alternators up to 250 amps.

Controls alternators up to 300 amps.

4x4 Xtreme Portable

Controls alternators up to 300 amps.
Maintains vehicle stock charging system when not in use.
Unit is portable and may be stored in bag with leads when not in use.
Multiple vehicle can be set up to use unit.

The Ready Welder!

The Ready Welder is a battery powered welding system for wire feed or MIG Welding.

Includes spool gun, quick disconnect plugs, and ground clamp.
Powered by standard 12v Auto batteries (not included).
Designed for Flux core wire feed welding without gas.
Gas port for MIG welding with optional weld gas system.
Model 10000ADP includes an AC adaptor allowing use as a spool gun with a shop type welder.
Model 10000ADP-CS includes a cold switch cutting off current until gun trigger is depressed.
